Sustainable Entrepreneurship(SE) has emerged as a new area of scholarship in the field of entrepreneurship research which seeks to address social and environmental problems. Sustainable Entrepreneurship takes into account both social aspects and environmental effects and also considering the long-term economic and business consequences of new venture opportunities. The term 'sustainable entrepreneurship' combines two words, sustainability and entrepreneurship. However, research combining sustainable development and entrepreneurship is relatively new. The newness of the field offers tremendous opportunity to explore new ground and relationships in the field of sustainable entrepreneurship. Laboratory experiments showed that neem bitter (0.1%), an ethanol-soluble concentrate of neem oil cake when combined with nuclear polyhedrosis virus [5×105 polyhedral occlusion bodies (POBs/ml)] along with crude sugar (1%) caused a significantly higher mortality of Spodoptera litura (Fabricius) larvae. The NPV-neem bitter-crude sugar combination recorded the shortest LT50. The enhanced action was seen even at a lower dose of neem bitter (0.025%) with NPV (1×105 POBs/ml) and crude sugar (1%). Without crude sugar, the NPV-neem bitter combination was not effective in increasing the mortality. The larval weight and growth rate were significantly reduced in NPV-neem combination.Keywords

As the era of globalization heats up...The traditional marketing strategies of banks fail to work...They need to break the shell..and design new avenues for reaching their target group...The emergence of new generation banks and other foreign players have reduced the market pie share of banks..
In all the functions of an organization..Marketing is the only vital arm of organizations that helps to uncluttered or differentiate or to position a bank's products services and the organization itself...
In marketing sales is the only revenue generation functions...all others are supporting functions which adds costs...
Thus, a clear alignment of the needs and wants of the target group and the marketing strategies of banks is the key to revenue generation...and also the panacea for survival and growth...
In current scenario marketing is very useful tool for banking sector for attracting customers for various banking products. Old days are gone for banking wherein the customer had to walk in to his bank and ask for services. Due to increase in competition it has become imperative for banks to use marketing tool to increase their market share by providing awareness of their products to their prospective customers.
Now banks have to provide knowledge of their products to their customers and create requirement of their products among the prospective customer and for that marketing has become a most important tool which connects the customers and products offered by the bank.
Aim of the paper is to identify the factors influencing Dormant Customers in Banking sector. For this purpose detailed survey were conducted using semi-structured questionnaire covering the customer as well as corresponding industry representatives as respondents. The paper ends with a set of suggestion and strategies to target the dormant customers.

Higher Education portals in India are expected to deliver quality outcomes to the stakeholders namely Industry, Public and Higher Educational Institutions. But the expectation of the Leaders of various sectors has a different perspective towards these outcomes. This paper proposes to address the Gap in the quality perceptions of the Leaders of academia and Industry sectors. It will divulge the perceptual divide between the academia and the Industry leaders with respect to the quality outcomes of the students and the teaching faculty. This in turn will ably support the policymakers (The Govt.) and the Higher Educational Leaders to design and implement best practices in Higher Educational Institutions. This will result in quality education which will be in line with the expectations/perceptions of the Industry Leaders. Consequently it will streamline the education process in tune with the demand for quality students in the Globalised environment.References
